Welcome to ‘Clixter QuickBooks Integration’ Plugin. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ‘Clixter QuickBooks Integration’ WordPress Plugin, which facilitates integration and synchronization between QuickBooks and WooCommerce.
By downloading, installing, activating, or using this Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use this Plugin.
- Plugin Overview
‘Clixter QuickBooks Integration’ provides seamless integration between QuickBooks and WooCommerce, offering the following functionalities:
- Sync Customers, Products, and Orders between QuickBooks and WooCommerce (bi-directional sync).
- Initial migration of selected data during activation.
- Support for Reauthentication, Scheduled Syncs, Manual Syncs, and Disconnects.
- Dashboard displaying live sync status and updates.
- Sync Logs for transparency and debugging.
- Settings Panel for user configuration.
- License Management based on the selected plan (Free or Paid) and number of records included.
- License and Usage
2.1. License Grant
Upon purchase or installation, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin on the number of websites permitted by your purchased plan.
2.2. Activation
A valid license key is required to unlock full functionality. Your license controls access to advanced sync features and the number of records allowed.
2.3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the Plugin.
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Plugin without authorization.
- Use the Plugin on unauthorized websites or exceed your license limits.
2.4. License Expiry
When your license expires or is terminated, premium features, support, and advanced synchronization functions may become inaccessible.
- Free and Paid Versions
- The Free Version provides limited synchronization capabilities and record counts.
- The Paid Version offers extended features, higher sync limits, and access to premium support.
All pricing, features, and record limits are subject to change with prior notice.
- Data Handling and Privacy
4.1. Data Access
The Plugin connects securely to QuickBooks and WooCommerce APIs to sync customer, product, and order data.
4.2. Data Storage
We do not permanently store your business or customer data on our servers unless it’s required for licensing, logging, or analytics. Any cached data is temporary and used solely for operational performance.
4.3. Third-Party Services
QuickBooks and WooCommerce are third-party platforms governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for issues or breaches originating from those services.
4.4. Security
All communication between your WordPress site and QuickBooks API occurs over encrypted HTTPS connections. You are responsible for maintaining secure API keys and credentials.
4.5. Reauthentication and Disconnection
You may revoke, reauthenticate, or disconnect integrations from within the Plugin settings at any time.
- Data Migration and Synchronization
5.1. Initial Data Migration
Upon activation, the Plugin may automatically migrate limited data sets between QuickBooks and WooCommerce for setup verification.
5.2. Synchronization Control
Synchronization can be triggered manually or automatically (based on schedule). All sync activities are logged for monitoring and troubleshooting.
5.3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of synchronized data. We are not liable for data loss, duplication, or discrepancies caused by misconfiguration, API errors, or third-party service limitations.
- Updates and Maintenance
6.1. Plugin Updates
We may provide periodic updates, patches, and new releases. Continued use after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
6.2. Compatibility
We ensure compatibility with the latest stable versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, and QuickBooks APIs. Compatibility with outdated or customized setups is not guaranteed.
- Support and Warranty
7.1. Support Availability
Technical support is available only to users with an active, valid license. Support is provided via official communication channels.
7.2. No Warranty
The Plugin is provided “as is” and without any warranty, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, error-free operation, or compatibility with all system configurations.
7.3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including data loss, revenue loss, or business interruption, arising from your use or inability to use this Plugin.
- Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You exceed your plan’s record or site limits.
- You attempt unauthorized resale or redistribution.
Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Plugin from your systems.
- Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase.
Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:
- The Plugin does not function as advertised.
- You have contacted our support team within 14 days, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or accidental purchases.
- Conflicts caused by third-party themes, plugins, or server configurations.
- Failure to read product documentation prior to purchase.
To request a refund, contact support@clixter.com within 14 days of purchase with your license details and order number.
- Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights—including source code, trademarks, designs, and documentation—belong to Clixter.
You may not claim ownership or redistribute the Plugin under any other name.
- Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available within the Plugin dashboard or on our website. Continued use indicates your acceptance of any updates.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Broomfield, Colorado, USA.
